Y区块低伤害防漏失水泥浆体系研究

摘要

The circulation loss often happens in drilling field,which may cause some downhole accidents,such as drill pipe sticking,hole collapse and so on.Aiming at the circulation loss problem in Y block,leakproof cement slurry system was studied.The research shows that adding 0.3％～0.4％ fiber into cement slurry system with conventional density and low damage can improve the sealing effect.%在钻井领域中经常遇到的井底复杂情况是井漏,井漏的发生随时可能诱发卡钻、井塌等井底事故的发生.针对Y区块所遇到的井漏情况进行了室内一系列防漏失水泥浆体系的研究,研究表明在低伤害防漏水常规密度的水泥浆体系中加入0.3％～0.4％的纤维,具有较好的堵漏效果,值得在Y区块后续钻进中进一步的推广与应用.
