超厚筏板中上层钢筋型钢支撑施工应用

         

摘要

Aimed at the characteristics of large number of reinforcement layers,huge self weight and requirements of one-time continuous casting concrete after the steel banding about the super-thick raft, support system in the composition of steel and rebar was chosen.Support system design,the theoretical calculation and the actual construction process were introduced. According to the engineering practice,the support system effectively ensured the security of construction and the accuracy of reinforced location,sped up the pace of the super-thick raft banding.%针对超厚筏板钢筋层数较多,自重大,超厚筏板要求钢筋绑扎完毕后一次性连续浇筑混凝土的特点,采用型钢和钢筋构成的支撑体系。重点对支撑体系设计、理论计算和实际施工流程进行阐述。根据工程现场实践证明,该支撑体系有效地保证了施工的安全性和钢筋位置的准确性,加快了超厚筏板钢筋绑扎的进度。
