工程质量监督人员监管能力评价研究

摘要

参考国外监督人员的评价状况和目前国内的考核现状，并结合全国几十个质监站的调查反馈意见，在分析监督人员监管能力的考核培训数据基础上，提出了更加准确地评价监督人员监管能力的新见解、新方法。%Consulted the foreign supervisor’s evaluation,the current domestic situation,and the dozens of survey feedback of quality supervision stations,analyzed the assessment data of training and testing staff,this thesis raised new ideas and methods for making a more accurate evaluation of regulatory capacity.
