我国城市地块储备潜力评价研究r——以天津市新八大里地块为例

摘要

Based on"compact city" theory,"smart growth" theory and"anti-planning" theory,the paper builds the index system of urban lot reserve potential appraisal from three aspects:infrastructure,ecological environment,road traffic. And then takes Xinbadali lot as an example,appraises the reserve potential. Last, based on the urban lot reserve potential appraisal,explores the effective transform path of land reserve decision under the new situation from three aspects:land reserve decision objective,mechanism and method.%基于"紧凑城市"、"精明增长"与"反规划"理论,从基础设施、生态环境、道路交通三方面构建土地储备潜力评价指标体系,并以天津市新八大里地块为例进行储备潜力评价.最后,从土地储备决策目标、决策机制与决策方法三个方面,探讨新形势下我国土地储备决策转变的有效路径.
