我国内地与香港、台湾地区城市更新机制比较研究

摘要

我国内地与香港、台湾地区所处环境不同,其城市更新过程既有差异性,又有相似性.基于善治视角比较分析各自城市更新的合法性、法治性、责任性、参与性、有效性,结合城市更新善治经验,提出我国内地城市更新的"善治"方略,以有效推进城市更新可持续发展.%The environment of Mainland China is different from Hongkong and Taiwan,and the processes of urban renewal are different,but also similar. This paper compares and analyzes the legitimacy,rule of law, responsibility,participation and efficiency for urban renewal based on the good governance. Drawing lessons from urban renewal experience in Hong Kong and Taiwan,puts forward the strategy of good governance of urban renewal in mainland China,in order to promote effectively sustainable urban renewal development.
