河南某铜锌矿含Cu 0．60％、Zn 3．30％、S 11．20％，由于原生产工艺不合理，导致未生产出合格的铜、锌精矿，因此根据其矿石特点，优化了其选矿工艺技术条件，并对工艺流程进行改进和浮选药剂制度优化，获得了较好的选别技术指标。在工业试验中，铜精矿铜品位和回收率分别为20．33％和83．85％，锌精矿锌品位和回收率分别为44．88％和85．03％，取得了较好的经济效益。%A copper-zinc sulphide ore in Henan Province contains 0.60% Cu,3.30% Zn and 11 .20%S,since the original production process is not reasonable , qualified copper and zinc con-centrate are not produced .Therefore , according to the characteristics of the ore ,optimization study on the flotation technology of it was carried out and the industrial test was also made .The benefici-ation process were optimized and the reagent addition was improved to get better flotation index .In the industrial test , a copper concentrate and a zinc concentrate were both obtained .The grade of the copper concentrate is 20 .33%with a recovery of 83 .85%, and the grade of the zinc concen-trate is 44 .88%with a recovery of 85 .03%.
