微波法制备无硫膨胀石墨及表征

         

摘要

Sulfur-free expansible graphite was prepared with nitric acid and phosphoric acid as the compound intercalating agent .Ferric chloride and potassium permanganate were used as cata-lytic oxidizing agent .The chemical oxidation method was used .The optimal expansion conditions were confirmed by orthogonal and single factor experiment and the conditions were as follows: mi-crowave heating for 40 seconds;mass and volume ratios of graphite and oxide intercalation material m (graphite) :V (HNO3) :m (P2O5) :m (K2MnO4) :m (FeCl3) =1 g:2.75 mL:0.85 g:2.75 g:2.2 g.The expanded volume can reach 268 mL/g.Through SEM observation, it can be seen that the graphite layers were open , meanwhile the graphite surfaces were smooth and com-plete with a rich network of microporous structure .%以硝酸和磷酸作为复合插层剂,高锰酸钾为氧化剂,FeCl3 为催化氧化剂. 采用微波处理化学氧化法制备了无硫膨胀石墨,通过正交及单因素试验选择出最优膨化条件:微波加热40 s,石墨与氧化插层物质量体积比为m(石墨,g):V(硝酸,mL):m(五氧化二磷,g):m(高锰酸钾,g):m(FeCl3,g):=1:2.75:0.85:2.75:2.2时,石墨的膨胀体积达到268 mL/g,通过SEM可以看出,石墨层间被打开,石墨表面光滑完整,形成丰富的网状微孔结构.
