以平均粒径在20~30μm的天然鳞片石墨为原料,浓硝酸为插层剂,高锰酸钾、五氧化二磷为氧化剂,采用混合酸浸渍法氧化插层制备可膨胀石墨,经过微波法得到膨胀石墨。研究了影响微细鳞片石墨插层和膨胀的主要因素,确定制备膨胀石墨的最佳条件为:石墨、高锰酸钾与五氧化二磷质量比20∶7∶25,硝酸质量分数68%,反应时间80 min,反应温度25℃,微波功率800 W,微波时间40 s,此时得到最佳膨胀体积,达到25.0 mL/g。%Using average particle size of 20~30μm natural lfake graphite as raw materials, intercalation agent concentrated nitric acid, potassium permanganate, phosphorus pentoxide as the oxidant, the use of strong acid impregnation method oxidation preparation of expandable graphite intercalation after the microwave method, expanded graphite is gotten. Study the impact of the ifne lfake graphite intercalation and expansion of the main factors to determine the best conditions for the preparation of expanded graphite:graphite, potassium permanganate and phosphorus pentoxide mass ratio of 20∶7∶25, nitric acid concentration of 68%, the reaction time of 80 min, the reaction temperature 25℃, a microwave power of 800 W, the microwave time is 20 s, the maxmium expansion volume of 25.0 mL/g can be obtained.
