The present invention relates to a graphene manufacturing method from graphite by instantaneous expansion, by immersing the graphite in a solvent, allowing the solvent to spread to the inside of the graphite layer, and instantaneously releasing pressure in a high-temperature pressurization condition thereby vaporizing the solvent. More specifically, the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method of graphene which comprises: a step of adding graphite in a solvent and immersing; a step of allowing the solvent to spread between layers of the immersed graphite; a step of instantaneously releasing pressure under high temperature and high pressure conditions or high pressure conditions and expanding.
