Accordingtothe opening system characteristicsofthetwin-shaftmixer,the paper anal-yzedthe force situation of opening system. The system model was built by power bond graph. The math model of thehydraulicsynchronization system with opening system was built. The software was used to simulate the system.Theresultsindicatedthatthe pressure of hydraulicsystem in the opening stage was higher.With the friction coefficient decreasing and the inputting flux increasing,the synchronization time of twin-cylinder was short. Discharge gate de-vice was designed to meet the requirements.%根据双卧轴搅拌机开门装置的特点,分析其液压开门系统的受力情况。采用功率键合图的建模方法,建立液压开门系统的数学模型,并采用仿真软件进行仿真分析。结果证明,开门阶段液压系统压力小于关门阶段液压系统压力;随着摩擦系数的减小和液压系统输入流量的增大,双缸同步调整时间逐渐缩短;卸料门装置设计符合要求。
