颗粒级配对后张预应力管道压浆料性能的影响

         

摘要

The components of pipeline grouts genenrally contain mineral admixtures,so its performance will be affected by admixtures variety,quantity,morphology and particle size distribution conditions. There were three usage of mineral admixtures in the test,single-use,binary and ternary complexes. This test studyed the characteristic parameters of particle size and the fuidity of the sample in three cases. The results showed that the sampale had the best fluidity,when it had small average particle diameter and high spherical degree of particle morphology,and the particle size distribution within a certain range.%后张预应力管道压浆料的组分中一般都含有矿物掺合料,因此其性能一定会受到掺合料品种、数量、颗粒形貌以及粒度分布情况的影响。试验研究了在单一使用、二元复合及三元复合三种使用情况下,三种矿物掺合料与水泥配制而成的压浆料的粒度特征参数,以及各自条件下对应的压浆料样品的流动度性能。试验结果表明,平均粒径小、颗粒形貌规则程度高且粒径分布在一定范围内的复合体系,其对应的流动度性能最好。
