为了研究砂子含水率和膨胀剂掺量对预拌补偿收缩混凝土抗折强度的影响，进行了5种膨胀剂掺量在不同砂子含水率（0、0．5％、1．0％、1．5％和2．0％）和不同贮存期下（0、3、7、10、15、20、30 d）的抗折强度试验。试验结果表明，在膨胀剂掺量6％时抗折强度较好；贮存期相同时，砂子含水率越大，抗折强度损失率越大；砂子含水率一定时，抗折强度损失率随着贮存期的增加而增大；对于膨胀剂掺量为6％的预拌补偿收缩混凝土，砂子含水率为0．5％、1．0％和1．5％的预拌干料分别贮存20、15、3 d时的强度损失率可控制在15％以内。试验结果可为预拌补偿收缩混凝土的现场应用提供试验依据。%In order to study the effect of water content and expansive agent on the flexural strength of concrete,flexural strength experi-ments with 5 kinds of expansive agent in the condition of different water content(0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%and 2.0%)and different storage period(0、3、7、10、15、20、30 d)were carried out.The results show that the flexural strength reach a maximum value at 6%expansive a-gent. For the same storage period,the higher is water content to sand,the less is flexural strength;For the water content,the higher is storage period,the less is flexural strength. For the ready-mixed shrinkage compensating concrete with the expansive agent in 6%,the strength loss rates of dry-mixed materials whose sand water contents are 0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%separately can be controlled within 15%, when be stored for 20,15,3 d respectively.The results can be supported to the using ready-mixed concrete shrinkage compensation in engineering application.
