振动条件下基于扩展度的低坍落度混凝土工作性评价

         

摘要

Based on the experimental principle of concrete lique faction and slump expansion degree,the concept of vibration expansion degree is proposed.The vibration expansion coefficient,the vibration viscosity coefficient,the vibration viscosity coefficient and Weibo consistency are measured for different lowslump concrete mixing ratio(slumpsame).The test results show that the vibration expansion can be compared with the different ratio of concrete about the vibration lique faction performance.Thus,vibration expansion degree is a new evaluation indicator about the lowslump concrete vibration lique faction performance.From the point of view of application,the range of vibration expansion of lowslump concrete commonly used in highway engineering is studied based on large data.Considering that the range of vibration expansion of lowslump concrete is in the range of 39~45 cm,it can meet the engineering practice request.From the point of view of cohesion,combined with a lot of experimental data,the empiricale valuation index of concrete cohesion is given.%基于混凝土振动液化特性以及坍落度扩展度试验原理,提出了振动扩展度的概念,针对不同低坍落度混凝土配合比(坍落度相同),测量了振动扩展度、振动黏度系数以及维勃稠度,试验结果证明了振动扩展度能够比对出不同配合比混凝土之间振动液化性能的差异,是评价低坍落度混凝土振动液化性能的全新的指标.从应用性角度出发,基于大数据着重研究了公路工程中常用的低坍落度混凝土的振动扩展度范围,综合考虑认为低坍落度混凝土振动扩展度的范围在39~45 cm区间能够满足工程实际的要求.从黏聚性角度出发,结合大量试验数据,给出了混凝土黏聚性经验评价指标.
