透水混凝土路面的配合比设计与性能试验研究

         

摘要

采用体积法,研究了混凝土路面的配合比设计和性能试验,结果表明:透水混凝土抗压强度值与水胶比、目标孔隙率均具有较大相关性,当水胶比为0.26、0.32,当目标孔隙率达到15%时,透水混凝土28 d可以达到最大的抗压强度;当样品水胶比为0.38、0.44,且,透水混凝土28 d在目标孔隙率达到20%时达到最大的抗压强度.随粉煤灰掺量、矿粉掺量的增加,透水混凝土7 d的抗压强度先增大后减少,抗压强度在粉煤灰掺量为32%时具有最高值;28 d抗压强度则降低.骨料级配采用10.5~15.5 mm碎石比例为35%, 5.5~10.5mm碎石比例为65%较为合理.采用静压成型方式比采用振动成型方式有利于透水系数的提高.在相同的养护条件和配合比,振动成型试件的透水系数和实测孔隙率低于静压成型.使用二次投料法可提高透水混凝土的透水系数和实测孔隙率.%It uses the volume method,with the concrete pavement are studied,than the design and performance test results show that the compressive strength of pervious concrete with water binder ratio,target porosity has great relevance,when the water binder ratio of 0.26 and 0.32,target porosity is 15% ,the compressive strength of pervious concrete has the highest value of 28 d.When the water cement ratio is 0.38,0.44,target porosity was 20%,the compressive strength of pervious concrete has the highest value of 28 d.The 7 d compressive strength of pervious concrete increases first and then decreases with the increase of fly ash content and mineral powder content.When the content of fly ash is 32% ,the compressive strength has the highest value,while the compressive strength of 28 d decreases.The aggregate gradation is 10.5~15.5 mm,the gravel ratio is 35%,and the 5.5~10.5 mm macadam ratio is 65%,which is more reasonable.The hydrostatic pressure molding method is better than the vibration molding method to improve the permeability coefficient. The permeability coefficient and measured porosity of the vibration formed specimens are obviously lower than those of the hydrostatic forming under the condition of curing and mixing ratio.The permeability coefficient and measured porosity of pervious concrete can be improved by two times feeding method.
