玄武岩纤维钢筋混凝土梁疲劳性能试验研究

         

摘要

通过对不同玄武岩纤维掺量下的钢筋混凝土梁进行等幅疲劳试验,分析玄武岩纤维对钢筋混凝土梁的破坏特征、挠度、刚度以及疲劳寿命的影响规律.试验结果表明:玄武岩纤维对钢筋混凝土梁的裂缝的开展有抑制作用;相同的应力水平条件下,随着纤维掺量的增加,钢筋混凝土梁的挠度增大、韧性提高,玄武岩纤维钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳寿命高于普通钢筋混凝土梁,最后根据试验数据,拟合不同纤维掺量下玄武岩纤维钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳寿命方程.%Through the constant amplitude fatigue test of reinforced concrete beams with different basalt fiber the content influence rule of basalt fiber on the failure characteristics,deflection,stiffness and fatigue life of reinforced concrete beams are analyzed.The experimental results show that basalt fiber has a restraining effect on the crack development of reinforced concrete beams.Under the same stress level condition,the deflection and toughness of reinforced concrete beams increase.With the increase of fiber content,the fatigue life of basalt fiber reinforced concrete beams is higher than that of ordinary reinforced concrete beams.Finally according to the test data,the fatigue life equation of reinforced concrete beams with different basalt fiber content is fitted.
