Taking the defects of narrow range of particle gradation of glazed hollow beads and low mechanical strength of silica aerogel into consideration,silica aerogel and glazed hollow bead have been mixed for the complex aggregate of insulation mortar.Some measures, such as composite aggregate and aggregate quantity,were taken to optimize the properties of aggregate formulation,analyzing kinds of factors that influence on the properties of the mortar thoroughly,such as mechanical properties,thermal insulation properties and water-resistance properties.Under the condition of 60% aggregate content,it was found that compositing 35% silica aerogel and 65% glazed hollow beads as the complex aggregate was possible for producing insulation motar samples with suitable thermal and mechanical properties.%针对玻化微珠作为保温骨料存在的颗粒级配范围窄的缺陷,以及硅气凝胶力学强度低,不能单独作为保温骨料的问题,采取商用硅气凝胶与玻化微珠两种保温骨料进行复配,并从骨料级配、骨料掺量两方面对保温砂浆骨料配合比进行了优化研究,深入分析了骨料配合比、骨料掺量对保温砂浆力学性能、保温性能及耐水性的影响规律.试验结果表明,骨料掺量为60%,且气凝胶与玻化微珠以体积比35%:65%复合时,保温砂浆的保温性能和物理力学性能达到最优.
