胶砂比对纤维增强水泥基复合材料性能的影响

         

摘要

主要研究了不同水胶比的水泥基复合材料,在1:0.75、1:1、1:1.25、1:1.5的胶砂比条件下,水泥基复合材料性能的变化.试验结果表明,胶砂比在1:1.25时,水泥基复合材料强度达到最大值,氯离子渗透性能较高(渗透率低);随着浆骨比的增大,水泥基复合材料的强度先增大后减小;浆骨比为1.3~1.6时,水泥基复合材料氯离子渗透高度达到最小值.当纤维掺量为1.5%时,胶砂比为1:1.25的复合材料应力-应变曲线斜率与峰值增大,抵抗变形能力增强.微观分析表明胶砂比为1:1.25时,复合材料强度、氯离子渗透和抵抗变形的能力较好.%The performance change of cementitious composites with different water-binder ratio were studied when the binder-sand ratio is 1:0.75、1:1、1:1.25、1:1.5.The experimental results show that when the binder-sand ratio is 1:1.25,the cementitious composites reach the maximum compressive strength and low chloride penetration height.With the increase of the slurry-aggregate ratio,the strength of cementitious composites increase firstly and then decrease.When the slurry-aggregate ratio is 1.3~1.6,composites reached minimum chloride penetration height.When the content of fiber is 1.5% and the binder-sand ratio is 1:1.25,the slope and peak of the stress-strain curve of cementitious composites increase.The analysis of the microstructure show that when the binder-sand ratio is 1:1.25,the strength, mechanical properties and the chloride ion penetration of the cementitious composites are better.
