Composites with 2-2 connectivity were fabricated from lead magnesium niobate-lead zirconate-lead titanate(PMN)and sulphoaluminate cement by cut-filling process. The influences of water/cement ratio on the properties of the composite were analyzed. The results show that when water/cement ratio is less than 0.4, the piezoelectric strain factor d33 and piezoelectric voltage factor g33 is hardly influenced by water/cement ratio, when water/cement ratio is larger than 0.4, d33 and g33 increase sharply with increasing water/cement ratio. With increasing the water/cement ratio,Kp and Kt increase gradually, but the mechanical quality factor decrease.
