冬季冰冻区域的钢纤维喷射混凝土抗渗和抗冻性能试验研究

         

摘要

目的:进行冬季冰冻区域关于钢纤维喷射混凝土抗渗和抗冻性能试验研究.方法:在冬季冰冻区域,通过钢纤维喷射混凝土抗冻性试验与抗渗性试验方法,研究分析冬季冰冻区域的钢纤维喷射混凝土抗渗和抗冻性能.结果:当钢纤维体积率达到1.2%时,混凝土抗渗性能降低;当钢纤维体积率控制到0.4%,将明显对混凝土抗冻性能产生负作用;当钢纤维体积率控制在0.8%~1.2%之时,则可以依次提高钢纤维喷射混凝土的抗冻性能.结论:在冬季冰冻区域,要想提升钢纤维喷射混凝土的抗渗能力,需要确保钢纤维掺量不超过0.8%;要想提升钢纤维喷射混凝土的抗冻能力,需要确保钢纤维体积掺量小于1.2%,从而才可综合提升冬季冰冻区域钢纤维喷射混凝土的抗渗和抗冻性能.%Purpose:experimental study on impermeability and frost resistance of steel fiber sprayed concrete in winter.Methods:the frost resistance and frost resistance of steel fiber sprayed concrete were studied by means of the frost resistance test and impermeability test method of steel fiber sprayed concrete in winter.Results:when the steel fiber volume ratio reached 1.2%,the impermeability of concrete is reduced.When the steel fiber volume ratio in 0.4% when the negative effect on the frost resistance of concrete is more obvious,the steel fiber volume ratio of 0.8% and 1.2%,in order to improve the frost resistance of concrete.Conclusion:in the winter freezing area,in order to improve the steel fiber sprayed concrete anti permeability,the need to ensure that the steel fiber content does not exceed 0.8%.To enhance the impermeability of concrete,steel fiber volume to less than 1.2%,it can improve the steel fiber sprayed concrete frost resistance and impermeability.
