林区经济环境系统协调性综合评价

摘要

Northeast national forest region is a special area-based forest resource. Its economy and environment is a complex system. How to handle the relationship between economy and environment becomes one of the crucial problems. The balanced development of economy and environment is the core of sustainable development and the demand of improving the quality of economy in China. Index coefficients were set according to AHP and the evaluation index calculated using the method of the gray analytical hierarchy process. Local economy-environment model was developed based on the theory of coupling. Yichun was taken as a case on discussing the coordination of the system in the article.%研究林区规划问题,东北国有林区是我国可持续发展战略的重点地区.国有林区经济与环境是否协调发展影响到森林资源的可持续利用、林业可持续发展.借鉴物理学的耦合理论,从林区协调发展的视角,运用多目标灰色层次分析法计算林区经济环境发展的综合指数,探讨林区经济-环境系统影响因子的协调程度,建立了林区经济--环境系统耦合度模型,选择伊春市国有林区,对其经济环境系统协调发展运行状况进行系统评价,可为林区发展和规划提供参考.
