破片和冲击波对直升机旋翼联合毁伤仿真研究

     

摘要

为研究破片和冲击波对直升机旋翼的联合毁伤,对旋翼结构进行分析和等效,采用赋予破片速度和CONWEP爆炸模型的方法计算了战斗部爆炸后破片和冲击波联合作用下旋翼的毁伤,并与破片单独作用、冲击波单独作用时旋翼的毁伤进行比较.计算结果表明:破片单独作用,旋翼局部结构强度降低;冲击波单独作用,旋翼产生较大的整体弯曲变形;破片和冲击波联合作用,直升机旋翼不仅产生穿孔、局部变形等结构毁伤,而且整体弯曲变形程度增大,联合毁伤增益约14%~18%.%In order to study the combined damage of fragments and shock wave on helicopter rotor,we analyzed the rotor structure and equivalent,calculated the damage of helicopter rotor from the combination of fragments and shock wave using given fragments velocity and CONWEP explosion model.The result of rotor damage was compared with fragments alone and shock wave alone.The research results showed that with fragments penetration,the local structural strength of rotor was decreased;,with shock wave,the rotor had a greater overall bending deformation alone,and with the both,not only did the effects generate holes and local deformation of structural damage,but also the bending deformation degree increased,and the combined damage gain is 14% ~ 18%.
