电厂锅炉燃烧尾部烟道粉尘清除方法研究

         

摘要

Due the dust accumulation on the heated surface of economizer,the heat transfer effect will deteriorate,the smoke exhaust temperature of the boiler will increase,and the efficiency of the boiler will reduce.Based on the finite element method,a tube array model is established by the simulation software Comsol Multiphysics.The parameters of sound source and pipe line are optimized based on the theories of solid mechanics and pressure acoustics,the distribution of sound field on the surface of tube array and the characteristics of far field distribution are analyzed,and the measures to optimize the soot blowing effect are investigated.According to the model,the sound pressure distribution on the surface of the pipe wall can be obtained accurately.Simulation results provide a theoretical guidance for the flue dust removal method of the boiler combustion in power plant.%为了能够更好地解决省煤器的受热面上积灰,使传热效果恶化,锅炉的排烟温度升高,降低锅炉效率等问题,采用有限元法,结合Comsol Multiphysics多物理场仿真软件,建立省煤器管阵列模型,以固体力学和压力声学为理论基础,对声源及管排参数进行优化设计,开展了管阵列表面声场分布及远场分布特性研究,实现探究了声波吹灰时优化吹灰效果的措施.结果表明,根据模型能准确得到管壁表面声压分布规律,解决了实验方法对声波吹灰技术的研究难度较大的问题,证明了数值仿真的可行性.仿真结果对电厂锅炉燃烧尾部烟道粉尘清除方法提供了理论指导.
