针对目前国内CMOS量子结构光电传感器件调测、应用技术的缺乏与不足,设计了一种由低维量子结构光电传感器读出电路、ARM和通用计算机成像软件3部分模块组成的光电成像系统;利用单片ARM实现对读出电路模块的控制和数据采集,以USB方式通信,在通用计算机上编写设备驱动和成像软件呈现光电传感器所对景象的灰度图像;系统硬件简洁,可通过计算机图形化界面灵活,精确地控制光电传感器件积分时阃、偏压等参数,并有效获取传感器输出值;应用结果表明,系统为光电传感器的测量、调试以及应用开发提供了极大便利.%It is introduced the design of a photoelectric imaging system made up of 3 modules in the paper: ROIC of low dimensional photoelectric sensors, ARM and imaging software for general purpose computers, aiming at solving the disadvantages in testing and application of CMOS low dimensional photoelectric sensors. Single-chip ARM is adopted for controlling ROIC and acquiring data, USB for communication, and the scene facing sensors is shown on computers using self-designed driver and imaging software. With simplified hardware, flexible and accurate operations can be conducted via graphic user interface, changing integration time and bias and receiving sensor output voltage effectively. It is shown that this system can provide significant convenience for measuring, testing and application development of photoelectric sensors.
