基于AVR单片机的自动变速箱通用控制器设计

     

摘要

The controller is developed for the Automatic Transmission Remanufacturing. It adopts the master-slave topology, and produces PWM signals to control the Automatic Transmission. The hardware is based on ATmega128 and composed of the solenoid valve drive module, the control module. The embedded software is composed of main control program, slave control program and the man-machine interface. It can store the shift schedules in 10 tap positions for 100 different kinds of Automatic Transmission, in the mean time, it can produce 12 adjustable PWM signal with the 1% step whose duty cycles are from 0 % to 99 %. The precision will be 1%. The controller is integrated a USB interface to communicate with the Personal Computer, and can be either off- line or on- line debugging. The controller is small, general and easy to carry. Practice shows that the system is reliable.%鉴于我国自动变速箱在制造业的发展,开发了一款自动变速箱通用控制器;控制器采用主从式MCU结构,以ATmega128为控制主体,产生脉冲调制信号,控制自动变速箱换挡;控制器由电磁阀驱动模块、控制模块以及下位机程序和人机交互界面组成;可以存储100款自动变速箱在10个档位的换挡规律,产生12路占空比从0%到99%以步长1%可调的脉冲调制信号,精度达到1%;控制器具有USB接口,可以离线调试也可以在线控制,体积小,携带方便,具有通用性;实践表明,该系统性能可靠.
