基于激光原理的直升机旋翼共锥度测量系统设计

         

摘要

直升机旋翼共锥度是旋翼动平衡测量的一个重要参数,它直接影响直升机机动性能、安全性能等多方面重要指标;针对在旋翼高速旋转的状态下测量共锥度值的系统特点,采用切割激光光路法进行直升机旋翼共锥度测量,对其基本原理进行了介绍;设计了一种单光源、单光电接收器的光路结构,之后对信号采集处理部分以及上位机软件的设计进行了介绍.该系统结构简单,成本低廉,具有较高的系统可靠性和稳定性,可实现对直升机旋翼共锥度较高精度的测量.%Helicopter rotor pyramid angle is an important parameter for rotor dynamic balance. It directly affects the performance of helicopter mobility, security and many key indications. According to the characteristic of the rotor pyramid angle at a high speed, using laser cutting method for rotor pyramid angle measurement, design a single light source, a single optical receiver optical structure and the basic principle was introduced, after that the signal acquisition and processing components and the design of PC software was introduced. This measurement has the advantage of simple structure, low cost and high system reliability and stability, which is reliable for the helicopter pyramid angle measurement.
