基于PCI接口的乒乓切换数据采集技术的研究

     

摘要

为了长时间采集钢铁连铸大包下渣检测系统的振动信号,提出了一种高速、连续的数据采集方案;该方案以CPLD为核心逻辑控制模块,采用双FIFO乒乓结构实现数据的高速连续采集,通过PCI总线将数据传输到上位机;经测试,所提出的采集方案可实现对0~5V模拟电压信号,最高10 MHz、12位AD转换精度的长时间连续采集,且所采集的信号各谐波所占比重的误差小于0.1%.%Vibration signals of continuous casting slag system are useful. In order to realize this signals acquisition, a scheme for data acquisition with high—speed and long time is proposed. In this scheme, CPLD is used as its logic control module, and a kind of double —FIFO switching structure is realized to accelerate the converting speed, and a high speed PCI bus interface is used to transfer data to the host computer. Furthermore, we prove the validity of the new scheme by experiment, and this AD card can convert the 0—5V analog voltage to digital signals with maximal 10MHz sampling rate and 12 —bits collecting precision. In addition, the error that the ratio of the harmonics of signals that are collected account for is less than 0. 1%.
