基于行为模式的SRU级自动测试平台设计

     

摘要

One improvement scheme, which is according to the analysis of the situation both at home and abroad, of automatic test of aviation electronic SRU was designed. In this scheme, the test conditions and test items are all inputted in EXCEL table, the information is read by the software of automatic test platform row by row, the hardware resources are taken use of automatic and the conclusion and testing reports are given by EXCEL table form. It has big benefit in aviation electronic SRU test, in fact, it can meet the demands neither research nor experiment, nor batch production. It is highly improving the test efficiency of SRU and decreasing the test programs writing works of the test engineer. It makes automatic test equipment normally.%针对航空电子产品的SRU级测试现状,结合国内外的一些先进测试技术,提出了一种基于SRU级测试流程的自动测试平台构建方案;平台采用EXCEL表格方式输入测试条件及测试内容,系统软件按照EXCEL表格规定顺序进行测试,自动输出测试报表及测试结论;实践表明,此平台在航空机载电子设备的研制、实验及批产测试任务中完全满足使用需求;相对于半自动测试设备,此平台可以提升200%~300%的SRU测试效率,省去测试人员编制测试程序的工作量,增强测试设备的通用性.
