汽车磁流变减振器控制策略仿真

     

摘要

A half 4DOF roll plane model was simulated through the skyhook control model. The control strategy was researched in two aspects including the ride comfort and handling stability which using three input signals consist of heave type, sinusoidal type and moment (force) type input based on parameters such 580Kg as half vehicle mass. The damping coefficient was adjusted according to the simulation results. While the skyhook resistance coefficient was corrected to 2300N · S/m, vehicle performances were improved observably.%建立了天棚阻尼控制模型对4自由度侧倾平面1/2车辆模型进行控制仿真;选取了1/2车辆质量为580kg等仿真参数,从平顺性和操纵稳定性两方面入手,应用垂直振动输入、正弦曲线输入、力矩(力)输入3种输入作为检验信号来研究控制策略对车辆的影响,并对减振器阻尼系数进行调整分析,当天棚阻尼系数为2300N·s/m时,车辆平顺性和操纵稳定性都获得了令人满意的提高.
