海底电缆智能防锚损监视系统设计

     

摘要

根据系统的需求分析,设计了一种用于海底电缆智能防锚损监视系统;首先给出设计方案并叙述系统工作原理;然后通过DM73021通信套件实现射频信号的接收、解调及解码,得到NMEA-0183HS格式的ASCⅡ信息数据;最后采用LabVIEW完成ASCⅡ信息数据的采集、解码、监视及显示;实际测试表明,该系统响应时间<1s,对有抛锚趋势的船舶能及时向海缆管理部门提出预警,满足系统功能要求.%According to the demands, the Intelligent Surveillance System is designed for Protecting Submarine Cables from Damage Caused by Anchors. First, the project on the design and the working principles of the system are offered. Second, ASCII information data in the format of NMEA - O183HS is acquired by receiving, demodulating and decoding RF signals with DM73021 (a communication kit). Third, the acquisition, decoding, monitoring and presentation of ASCII information data are performed by Labview. Experiments prove that the system can monitor and analyse intelligently the navigation conditions of ships in submarine cable areas against anchors to forewarn relevant departments promptly about the ships with the inclination to cast anchors.
