基于广义特性演进的复杂产品设计过程模型

         

摘要

To develop the process of product design,a complex product design process model based on generalized characteristic evolution was proposed in which product design process was defined and described by two parallel lines of generalized component evolution and generalized characteristic evolution.The unified generalized component evolution model was presented by dividing the evolution model into evolution actions decomposing and evolution actions IDEF0 modeling.The generalized characteristic evolution process model was presented in which generalized characteristic identification,decomposition,mapping,order,clustering,conflict resolution,optimization and other actions were concluded and summarized.According to this model,Complex Product Design Support System(CPDSS) was developed based on Browser/Serve(B/S) structure,and an example of radar design process was provided to validate this model.%为指导产品设计过程的展开,提出了一种基于广义特性演进的复杂产品设计过程模型,从广义组件演进与广义特性演进两条并行主线对产品设计过程进行定义与描述。通过演进模型向演进活动分解、演进活动IDEF0建模,提出了统一的广义组件演进过程模型;通过分析归纳广义特性识别、分解、映射、排序、聚类、冲突协调和优化等广义特性演进活动,提出了广义特性演进过程模型。基于该模型开发了浏览器/服务器架构的复杂产品设计支持系统,并结合雷达设计开发过程,得到了广义组件和广义特性演进网络,对该模型进行了验证。
