能力驱动的云制造项目监控机制

         

摘要

Aiming at the characteristics of dynamic generation on demand, planning and executing in parallel, scheduling based on capabilities and no global regulation in cloud manufacturing projects management, a capability driven project monitoring mechanism for cloud manufacturing projects was proposed. Through this mechanism, multi-project oriented capability level network planning model was constructed, thus the project management basis using ability as unit was formed. Taking overall monitoring of capability servieable status as mainline, and regional definition of multifactor impact as monitoring measures, capability-based multi-project operation monitoring, capability conflict discovery and conflict regional definition were realized. With the target of minimum global influence scope, capability conflict was removed, and cloud manufacturing project planning was reconstructed. The core idea, prinei ples and implementation process of proposed mechanism were illustrated to provide new solution for the realization of dynamic random multi-project management and monitoring.%针对云制造项目管理具有的项目随需动态产生、项目计划与执行同步进行、以能力为基本调度单元、不存在全局调控等典型特征,提出能力驱动的云制造项目监控机制。该机制通过建立面向多项目的能力层次网络计划模型,形成以能力为单元的项目管理基础;以全程能力服务使用状态监控为主线,以多因素的影响区域界定为监控手段,实现基于能力的多项目运行状态监控、能力冲突发现和冲突影响区域的界定;以全局影响范围最小为目标,实现能力冲突的消解和云制造项目计划的重构。阐述了该机制的核心思想、原理和实现过程,为实现动态随机的多项目管理与监控提供了新的解决方法。
