基于耦合强度设计结构矩阵的复杂产品配置模型优化及应用

         

摘要

Aiming at the internal structure's strong coupling and configuration solution's low efficiency and accuracy of complex products,the optimization technology for complex product configuration model based on Coupling Intensity Design Structure Matrix(CIDSM)was proposed.The Product Configuration Structural Body(PCSB)was defined,and the coupling analysis for configuration model and quantitative study for PCSB coupling relationship were achieved according to the parent-child and constraint relationship between PCSB.Coupling intensity design structure matrix of configuration model was obtained by mapping,and the ploymeric set of PCSB was formed by decomposing CIDSM and determining the polymeric degree index function.To tear the ploymeric set based on pure supply degree decoupling algorithm,PCSB sequences was reorganized and configuration model was optimized.This technology was applied to practical use in the configuration design of CNC machine tools,and the efficiency and accuracy of configuration were improved remarkably.%针对复杂产品内部结构耦合性强、配置设计求解效率和准确性低的问题,提出基于耦合强度设计结构矩阵的复杂产品配置模型优化技术。定义了产品配置结构体,基于结构体之间的父子逻辑关系和约束关系,对配置模型进行耦合分析,并对结构体间的耦合关系进行量化。通过映射得到配置模型耦合强度设计结构矩阵,对其进行分解变换并给出的聚合强度指数函数进行判定,得到结构体聚合集。采用基于净供给度解耦算法撕裂聚合集,重组配置结构体,优化配置模型。该技术在高档数控机床配置设计中得到了应用与验证,提高了数控机床的配置效率与准确性。
