基于提高成形磨削效率和精度的接触线优化

         

摘要

The problems of low grinding efficiency and twisty tooth-trace crowning were existed in the process of form grinding helical gears. Through analyzing its property, the influencing law of grinding parameters on contact line was summarized, and the conclusion that the effect of grinding wheel setting angle predominated in grinding parameters was obtained. According to the law, the relationship between grinding quality of helical wheel and contact line was studied. In the condition of no grinding interference, the numerical simulation algorithm was used to optimize the grinding wheel setting angle, and control the contact line's formation by adjusting grinding wheel setting angles, thus the optimization for contact line was realized. A practical case was given to prove that the optimization method could effectively improve from grinding efficiency and crowning precision.%针对成形磨削斜齿轮过程中存在的磨削效率较低和齿向修形扭曲问题,从成形磨削原理出发,求解出砂轮与齿面之间的接触线,通过分析其性质,总结出磨削参数对接触线的影响规律,得到砂轮安装角度对接触线的影响占主要地位的结论.根据所得规律,研究成形磨削斜齿轮磨削效率、精度与接触线之间的关系.在不受磨削干涉影响的条件下,采用数值模拟算法对影响接触线形态变化的砂轮安装角度进行优化,并通过调整砂轮安装角度来控制接触线形态,从而实现对接触线的优化.实例分析表明,该优化方法可有效提高磨削加工的效率和齿向修形精度.
