面向能耗的纯电动汽车双电机动力系统参数优化匹配

     

摘要

Since the the dynamic performance and economic performance of pure electric vehicles were affected by parameter matching of powertrain,for a new dual-motor powertrain,a method of powertrain parameters optimization based on energy consumption was proposed.The parameters were preliminary matched based on New European Driving Cycle(NEDC).A multi-objective optimization model was established based on mode shift and power split between two motors,which took power and speed of two motors,and gear ratio as the variables,specific energy consumption and 0-100km/h acceleration time as the optimization objectives.The model was solved by multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the results showed that the optimized parameters of the powertrain could improve the dynamic and economic performance of a dual-motor electric vehicle.%由于动力系统参数匹配会影响纯电动汽车的动力性和经济性,针对新型双电机动力系统提出一种面向能耗的双电机动力系统参数优化匹配方法.基于新欧洲行驶循环工况对双电机动力系统进行参数初步匹配;进而基于工作模式的划分和双电机的动力分配,建立以电机功率、转速、传动比为变量,以比能耗和百公里加速时间为目标的多目标优化模型,并利用多目标粒子群优化算法对优化模型进行求解.优化结果表明,优化后的动力参数能有效提高电动汽车的动力性和经济性.
