基于实例推理与人工免疫系统的工程产品设计方法

     

摘要

为了快速、准确地设计出最大程度满足客户个性化需求的工程产品,分析实例推理(CBR)与人工免疫系统(AIS)的应用特点,提出将二者结合的工程产品设计方法及模型.根据客户对工程产品的个性化需求,提取相关技术特征参数,依据实例推理进行工程产品的技术特征参数检索,快速得到相似实例.利用人工免疫系统进行相似实例的修改,将相似实例作为免疫算法初始种群进行算法的初始化,分析待解决问题并提取特征信息作为免疫疫苗,通过接种疫苗和免疫选择后实现相似实例的快速、准确优化,获得最大程度满足客户需求的工程产品.以全钢化真空玻璃保温性能的设计为例,验证了模型的高效性和准确性.%To design the engineering product that meet customer needs at the greatest extent quickly and accurately,based on analyzing the application characteristics of Case-based Reasoning (CBR) and Artificial Immune System (AIS),the engineering product design method and model of CBR-AIS was proposed.According to the customer requirements for engineering products,the related technical characteristic parameters were extracted.The technical characteristic parameters of engineering products were retrieved based on CBR,and the similar cases were obtained quickly.AIS was used to optimize the similar cases,and the similar cases were regarded as the initial population of AIS algorithm.The feature information which was extracted from the problem to be resolved was regarded as immune vaccines,the optimization of similar cases was realized quickly and accurately through vaccination and immune selection,and the engineering product which could maximize the customer satisfaction were obtained.The design of tempered vacuum insulated glass was taken as an example to verify the efficiency and accuracy of the model.
