基于FPGA的弹跳射线法实时加速

         

摘要

To improve the computing efficiency of radar scattering cross section,a kind of real-time acceleration method of shoo-ting and bouncing ray method based on field programmable gate array (FPGA)platform was put forward.Using the Verilog hardware description language,some computation modules such as normal vectors,intersection operation,multiple scattering, field tracking computation and scattering interface computation were designed.Through the comparisons with the traditional computer serial computing,the acceleration method based on FPGA can not only assure the calculation accuracy,but also greatly improve the computational efficiency.The speed-up ratio is nearly 600 times more than CPU.This method well meets the real-time requirements,and can be easily integrated into the real-time radar signal simulation,which expands the scope of its application.%为提高雷达散射截面计算的效率,提出一种基于现场可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA)平台的弹跳射线法实时加速方法。采用 Verilog语言,实现法向量求解、求交运算、多次散射、场强追踪和散射界面计算等模块的设计。与传统计算机串行计算相比,基于 FPGA的加速方法能够保证计算精度,提高计算效率,加速比接近600倍,满足弹跳射线法的实时性需求,可方便地集成到实时雷达信号模拟中,拓展其应用范围。
