基于 PLC 和 MCGS 的公路隧道通风监控系统设计

     

摘要

Due to the constant change of the traffic flow and the speed of traffic stream in the highway tunnel ,and the change of emissions of harmful gases ,dust and the generated traffic air quantity ,the required ventilation quantity ensuring the security of people in the tunnel also needs to be constantly changed ,which requires the tunnel ventilation equipment and its operation mode to be adjusted to achieve the purpose of energy security .By using Siemens S7‐200PLC and MCGS7 .6 con‐figuration software ,this research monitorss the tunnel ventilation system ,and based on the current state of ventilation and the operation state of fans in the tunnel ,the research offers the appropriate control scheme and control the start and stop , positive and negative going motion and other operating states of fans in the tunnel .This research realizes the intelligent real‐time control of tunnel ventilation ,which not only ensures the traffic safety and effectively reduces operating costs to a certain extent and avoids excessive waste of resources .Meanwhile ,the fans in tunnel can start and stop at minimal degree ,which can significantly reduce energy consumption and improve operational life of fans .%由于公路隧道内的交通流量以及车流的速度是在时刻变化的,其排放的有害气体、烟尘以及产生的交通风量也是不断变化的。因此,保证隧道内人员安全的真实需风量也需要不断变化,这就要求隧道通风设备及其运行方式作出相应的调整,从而达到安全节能的目的。论文主要通过采用西门子 S7‐200PLC 及 MCGS7.6组态软件对隧道通风系统进行监控,并根据当前对隧道内的通风状况及风机运行状态,给出相应的控制方案,对隧道内风机的开启、停止、正反转等运行状态进行控制。该研究实现了对隧道通风的智能实时控制,在一定程度上既保障了行车安全又有效地降低了运营成本,避免资源的过度浪费。同时,隧道风机可以做到最少限度的启停,这样可以显著降低能耗并提高风机运营寿命。
