内旋风包络铣削双头螺杆刀具轨迹的计算方法

         

摘要

On the basis of understanding the knowledge of the principle of whirlwind cutter milling technology and the characteristics of spatial helical curve, the trochoid of whirlwind discal carbide tool which can be used for machining the double-edged screw is calculated and studied in this paper. Firstly, build the mathematical model of whirlwind discal carbide tool .and figure out spatial coordinates at random point in whirlwind discal,then calculate motion trajectory equation of this point. Meanwhile, the trajectory equation of whirlwind discal in any plane perpendicular to axial direction can also be obtained, that is axial cross-section profile equation of screw. Then obtain the experiment data by using VC++ program and the cross-section profile of double-edged screw with particular shape. Finally, analyze its charateristics and obtain corresponding logical conclusions.%在对内旋风铣削原理和空间螺旋曲线特性了解的基础上,用旋风铣削的方法加工双头螺杆的的刀具轨迹进行计算研究.首先建立刀盘的的数学模型,算出内铣刀盘上任意一点的空间坐标,再求出这个点的运动轨迹方程.同时也可以得到内铣刀盘在垂直于轴向的任一平面内的轨迹方程,即螺杆的轴向截面廓形方程.再利用Visual C++软件编写相应程序求出实验数据,并得到具有一定形状的双头螺杆的横截面廓形,分析它的特性得出相应的合理结论.
