In this paper, based on the studying of extrusion screwcharacteristic and whirlwind milling theory, envelopemethod and internal whirlwind milling technique arecombined together. Then the circular path of internalwhirlwind envelope milling technique is formed to processthe extrusion screw. This extrusion screw processingtechnology is highly efficient, economic and practical,which is applicable to process the extrusion screw withvarious cross-section shapes.
