川西致密砂岩气藏分段改造管柱受力分析及应用

             

摘要

In order to effectively develop tight sandstone gas -reservoirs with low nature productivity in western Si-chuan,it was utilized that the transformation of combined type tubing and annular injection with large displacement and large amount of liquid.But there are some problems in the transformation such as unlock in advance of packer,string de-formation,and so on.Under the condition of high pump pressure and large displacement,it was need to further improve the safety and reliability of the string.The paper briefly introduces the prediction methods for wellbore temperature and pres-sure under operating conditions and the six main effects.Taken X22 -1 well as an example,it was analyzed the reasons for the segment transformation failure.This can provide a theoretical basis for the string structure optimization of the further segment transformation.%为有效开发自然产能低的川西致密砂岩气藏,采用了“大排量、大液量”组合式油管+环空注入的改造方式。施工过程中出现了封隔器提前解封、管柱变形等问题。在高泵压、大排量的情况下,管柱的安全性和可靠性有待进一步提高。简要介绍了井筒在主要工况下的温度和压力预测方法及可能受到的六种效应,并以 X22-1井为例进行了力学分析,分析其在分段改造施工中失效的原因,为后续分段改造的管柱结构优化提供了理论依据。
