玉北地区交联酸携砂酸压工艺研究与评价

摘要

玉北地区储层非均质性强，温度高，天然裂缝发育，酸压过程中存在酸岩反应速度快和滤失严重等问题，难以形成导流能力高的长缝。在分析玉北储层地质特征基础上，研制出适合该地区的低伤害耐高温交联酸体系，并对其进行了系统评价，同时开展了酸携砂复合酸压工艺研究，论证了酸蚀支撑裂缝导流能力优于未填入支撑剂的裂缝，以及酸携砂工艺在玉北裂缝型储层的可行性。在大量室内实验和模型计算基础上进行了现场试验，形成了一套适合玉北地区的高效酸压技术。%The characteristics of reservoir in Yubei area include strong heterogeneity,high temperature and numerous natural fractures.There are serious problems of fast acid-rock reaction,severe lost circulation,etc.in the process of acid-fracturing.So it is difficult to form the long fracture with high flow conductivity.Based on the analysis of reservoir geolog-ical characteristics of Yubei area,we have developed an acid system with low damage and high temperature resistance.In the meantime,we carried out the research of proppant-carring crosslinked acid-fracturing technology.After numbers of experiments and model calculations,this technology has been used successfully on site,forming an efficient acid fracturing technology for Yubei area.
