基于小波变换的超声数据采集与处理

         

摘要

为了方便对输油管道缺陷的检测,用超声波探测装置对输油管道进行超声数据的采集,并运用离散小波变换技术对采集到的超声数据进行去噪处理和数据压缩的处理。用FPGA并且配合了放大电路,设计并实现了一种超声波发射和接收的装置,并结合虚拟仪器 labview 设计了一个超声探伤数据采集的系统,实现对数据信号的采集,并用离散小波的mallat算法对采集到的数据进行降噪和数据压缩,使数据处理的更方便。%For convenient detection of pipeline defect, ultrasonic detection device is employed to implement pipeline ultrosonic data collection, and also discrete wavelet transform technology to realize de-noising processing and compression processing of the collected altrasonic data. With FPGA and in combination with the amplifying circuit. The ultrasonic-wave emission device is designed and realized. And also with vitual instrument labview, the ultrasonic flaw-detection data acquisition system is designed, thus to implement signal acquisition, including de-noising and compression of the collected data by discrete wavelet mallat algorithm, and all this could make the data processing much easier.
