基于过模结构80kW连续波功率合成器的设计

         

摘要

The waveguide power combiner is widely used in the field of microwave engineering to improve the output power.With the increase of output power,the design difficulty of the microwave power combiner is correspondingly increased.A 80kWmicrowave power combiner based on over-mode structure is designed.In view of that the high power is easy to cause field strength breakdown inside the power combiner,the over mode structure is used to increase the cross-section of the combiner,thus reducing the internal maximum field strength and increasing the power capacity.The power combiner consists of two matched magic Ts as the first-stage combination,and the over-mode waveguide structure is used as the second stage combination.Power combiner working frequency is 2 450 ± 15 MHz and the channel isolation is less-20 dB.The maximum field strength inside the power combiner is 2.73e+5 V/m.The efficiency of combiner is 99.0%.%通过波导功率合成手段提高输出功率,在微波工程领域已得到广泛应用,随之合成功率的增加微波功率合成器设计难度相应提高.因此,设计了一种基于过模结构80 kW的微波功率合成器.针对大功率容易造成功率合成器内部场强击穿的问题,采用过模结构增加了合成器的截面积以降低内部最大场强,从而增加了功率容量.功率合成器由两个匹配后的魔T作为第一级合成,然后采用过模波导结构作为第二级合成,设计的大功率合成器的工作频率在2 450±15 MHz,路间隔离达-20 dB以下,内部最大场强为2.73e+5 V/m,合成效率达到了99.0%.
