探索高职教学督导改革新路径——人本督导

摘要

如何处理督导与督导对象的关系是高职教学督导工作能否顺利开展的关键。针对高职院校组织与人员的特点,借鉴美国高校＂民主督导＂时期的经验,探索我国高职教学督导改革的新路径,高职院校可通过柔性管理,营造民主和谐督导氛围、突出指导、服务与咨询的功能、增强教学督导室的非权力性影响力、加强有效沟通、培养统一价值观,塑造共同愿景、建构信任等方面开展人本督导。%According to the characteristic of organization and personnel in higher vocational colleges,using the experience of the democratic supervision period of America Universities for reference,this essay explores the new way of teaching supervision reform——humanistic teaching supervision.The higher vocational colleges can develop humanistic teaching supervision by flexible management,making the function of instruction,service and consultation prominent,strengthening the non-power influence and effective communication,establishing common desire,trust construction and so on.
