人力资源开发与管理视角下社区工作者队伍专业化建设探析

摘要

社区是社会的基本单位，社区的发展关系到整个社会的进步。社区的健康发展，关键在于建成一支专业化、高素质的社区工作者队伍。对社区工作者进行界定，分析我国当前社区工作者队伍的现状、社区工作者队伍建设的重大意义，并从人力资源开发与管理的角度，提出社区工作者队伍专业化建设的方法对策，以期为我国社区工作者队伍专业化建设提供参考。%the community is the basic unit of the society, the community development is restricting the progress of the whole society. Building a professional, highly qualified team of community workers is crucial to community’s health development. Article defined community workers and presented current situation of community workers in our country significance community worker team construction from the human resources development and man-agement point of view, this paper put forward the community worker troop professional construction method coun-termeasure in order to provide a reference for our country’s professional construction of community workers.
