In this paper , the innovation ecosystem , the concept of sustainable development approach and system dynam -ics are combined in order to build a model of the sustainable development in the mineral resource -intensive areas , from the perspective of the innovation ecosystem by a case of Heilongjiang .Then the different development models in this area are simulated .Through the above analysis , it is concluded that the green sustainable development mode , which includes the harmonious development of population , efficient use of resources , effective control of environmental pollution , the im-plementation of ecological monitoring system and the vigorous cooperation of inter -regional, is the best choice for the mineral resource-intensive areas .%基于生态制度创新的视角,本文将生态制度创新、可持续发展的理念与系统动力学的方法相结合,以黑龙江地区为例构建了矿产资源密集型区域可持续发展的系统动力学模型,对该区域的不同发展模式进行仿真模拟;通过对主要指标的调整,提出矿产资源密集型区域应选择人口和谐发展、资源高效利用、环境污染有效控制、严格实施生态制度监管以及大力加强区域间合作的绿色可持续发展模式。
