乡村采摘体验游服务质量评价研究

摘要

随着乡村采摘体验游的不断发展，其服务质量问题逐渐显现。服务质量是游客在服务结束后的一种主观评价，影响着游客的推荐意愿和重游意愿。通过对文献指标的归纳整理，结合乡村采摘体验游的特点，本文采用问卷调查与统计分析的方法，建立了一套包含5个维度18个二级指标的乡村采摘体验游服务质量评价指标体系，并对其进行了验证性分析。%With rural picking experience tourism continuous development , the problems of service quality increasingly e-merge.The service quality is a subjective evaluation of tourists after tourism , and it affects tourists′recommend willing-ness and revisiting willingness .Based on the analysis of the rural picking experience tourism and its characteristics , the paper establishes a evaluation index system to service quality of rural picking experience tourism , which includes 5 di-mensions and 18 two level indexes , through collating literature indicators , and using questionnaires and statistical analy-sis method, and carries out confirmatory analysis .
