跨国公司物流运营模式选择及其影响因素研究

摘要

With the deepening of economic globalization , the globalization of the supply chain has become a major fea-ture of world economy.Logistics, being an important part in the global supply chain , the choice of which has an impor-tant impact on the efficient operation of the multinational companies ′supply chain.The logistics operation mode of multi-national companies can basically be divided into three categories : self-run logistics, the third party logistics, and the fourth party logistics.All logistics operation modes have their unique characteristics .For different industries and multina-tional enterprises, its role varies too.Therefore, multinational companies should choose their own logistics operation mode based on their actual situation , the macro environment and industrial factors .%随着经济全球化的不断深入，供应链的全球化发展已成为世界经济发展的一大特征，而物流作为全球供应链中的重要一环，跨国公司物流运营模式的选择对其供应链的高效运作产生重要影响。跨国公司的物流运营模式基本上可分为自营物流、第三方物流和第四方物流三类，各种物流运营模式都有其特点，对不同行业及实力的跨国企业来说，其作用不尽相同，因而跨国公司应根据自己的实际情况、宏观环境及行业与产业等因素来选择适合自己的物流运营模式。
