In recent years , the thriving of China's E-commerce not only have changed consumers'spending habits and modes, but also have restructured the original business ecosystem .This paper takes the current situation of China's E-commerce as object , and analyzes the development , actuality and characteristics , then generalizes the problems systemat-ically based on analyzing its connotation and extension in order to provide reference for the improvement of China's E-commerce .%近年来, 中国电子商务异军突起, 不但改变了民众的消费习惯和模式, 而且重构了原有的商业生态格局. 本文以电子商务为主要研究对象, 在认真解读电子商务内涵及外延的基础上分析中国电子商务的发展历程、 现状特点, 并就当前中国电子商务所面临的问题及挑战进行归纳, 以期为更好地推动中国电子商务的发展提供参考.
