风险投资机构网络能力影响因素研究

摘要

Using the data from CV source database during the period from 2007 to 2012 and on the basis of factor analy-sis method, we sort out the factors that may impact the venture capital firms′network capability from the levels of network and venture capital firms, and then classify them into three key factors that are venture capital firm′s network position, reputation and investment specialization.Then we examine the impacts of three key factors on venture firms′network ca-pability by using regression analysis method.The results show:the better network position or specialist investment is, the higher network resources access capability and network resources utilization capability of venture capital firms are; the better reputation is, the higher network resources utilization capability of venture capital firms is.%本文利用CV Source数据库2007年1月1日到2012年12月31日的数据，运用因子分析法从网络和风险投资机构两个层面梳理和提取出影响风险投资机构网络能力的三类关键因素———网络位置、声誉和投资专业化程度，并运用回归法检验它们对风险投资机构网络能力的影响。结果表明：网络位置越高或者专业化投资程度越大，风险投资机构获取和利用网络资源的能力就越强；声誉越高，风险投资机构利用网络资源的能力就越强。
